Responsibilities

• Support non-underwriting activities to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
• Build and manage relationships with clients and broker partners.
• Maintain reporting databases and help generate insights for daily operations.
• Understand operational metrics and how they interact across the business.
• Assist in setting up forms in the system and monitor workflow with priority.
• Participate in leadership learnings, networking events, and a project presentation.
