Insurance Operations Associate at Wert Group, a Boston management consultancy. Remote from anywhere in the United States, full-time. Between first notice and payment a claim passes through several people, and every hand-off can add a delay.

On our projects for carriers and agencies you review samples of claims and policy files, map underwriting and claims workflows, measure cycle times, reopen rates and error rates, and check files against the client's procedures and state rules. Findings go into tables and charts for client reports.

You work with our consultants and with claims and underwriting managers on the client side. A P&C or life and health license, or Guidewire or Duck Creek, would help.

You need:
