Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quotes.
• Review upcoming renewals and determine which accounts warrant remarket.
• Make coverage recommendations and transact agency billing where applicable.
• Obtain signed binding and notify carriers; review binding documents for accuracy.
• Setup and maintain accurate account details in EPIC; process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and proofs of insurance.

Position Summary

• With some guidance and/or direction,leadsclient service including ALL primary activities listed below.
• May deliver renewal messaging to some clients.
• Majorityof time spent on standard process steps.

Primary Responsibilities

Primary Activities (60% or more of time)

• Evaluates exposures and renewal quote
• Review upcoming renewals anddeterminewhich accountswarrantremarket
• Make coverage recommendations,
• Transact agency billing (where applicable)
• Obtain signed binding and notifies carriers
• Reviews binding documents for accuracy

Other Responsibilities, as applicable

• Setupandmaintainaccurateaccount details, contacts, and policy information in EPIC
• Process renewals, endorsement, acknowledgments,cancellationsand proofs of insurance
• Attach, organize, and name documents in EPIC
• Initiate endorsements, proofs of insurance and invoices
• Leverage templates and system generated letters and forms to produce standard communications to clients and carriers, including BOR, client pre-renewal letters, proposal letters, changerequest, etc.
• Create activities in EPIC and assign to applicable teammember
• Maybe responsible forpulling items such as MVR, CLUES, Risk Meters, RCE etc.

Work Experience

• 3+ years' experience in Personal Property and Casualty witha comprehensiveunderstandingof insurancecoverages

Professional Licenses/Certifications

• Must hold state Property & Casualty insurance license
• Functional knowledge of Excel specific to creating, formatting, and evaluating formulas and working within templates. Must be skilled in Excel, Word, and other MS Office products.
• Maintains effective relationships with client, co-workers, and colleagues. Views as a team player and is cooperative and collaborative.
• Able to obtain firsthand customer information and use it for improvements in placements and services.
• Has an understanding of guaranteed cost program design and coverage forms. Able to provide consultationofcoverage needs.
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. Sets to achieve day-to-dayobjectives within the context of specified solutions. Develops and implements work plans for completing projects.
• Able to consistently perform/produce quality work, understand the urgency in various tasks, and consistently meet timelines.
• Proficient in self-serve portals and manages client training and utilization.
• Follows a well-established set of activities.
• Able to solve difficult problems that are not routine, but not overly complex.
• Abilityto work in a fast paced environment with some instruction and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.

Compensation

This position is located in Massachusetts. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $55,000 to $75,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications. Physical Demands

Office work involves working at a desk most of the time, using a stand-up/sit-down adjustable desk. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Typing, grasping, and repetitive motion typically is required every day, and walking and standing are required occasionally.
