• Effective customer service and interpersonal skills to build relationships
• Prioritization, time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines with attention to detail

Responsabilités

• Assist the business goals of the insurance agency with mutually agreed‑upon expectations.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service including inquiries about insurance, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Use a needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Use exemplary communication to meet customer needs while promoting business development
