Ceci McClure in Longwood, FL is seeking an Office Representative to join our State Farm Agent Team. You will build relationships, deliver prompt and friendly service, and educate clients about insurance options through a needs-based review.

This role offers growth with licensing support, exposure to multiple lines of insurance and financial products, and a collaborative team environment. You should be self-motivated, organized, and capable of handling marketing goals and customer inquiries.

Competenze

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.
