Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises in Lincoln, NE seeks an entry‑level Sales Agent Trainee to develop into a Sales Agent. The role combines onsite and offsite activities, educating members on AAA services and insurance products while ensuring compliance with underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• 1-3 years of sales or service experience preferred but not required.
• P&C license required or ability to obtain as required by state.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record and proof of liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Sell insurance products using fundamentals of Successful Sales Calls (SSC).
• Quote rates, qualify applicants, inspect vehicles or property, and complete required documentation per underwriting guidelines.
• Sell AAA memberships and promote club products and services.
• Generate leads through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
• Manage pipeline of opportunities and meet or exceed production goals.
• Maintain knowledge of AAA products, services, and underwriting procedures.
• Provide exceptional customer service to support retention and member satisfaction.
• Service existing member policies in person, by phone, or through written communication.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions; complete administrative tasks.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities and refer business across insurance, travel, and membership lines.
