Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections for residential and commercial properties. This is offered as full-time or part-time work, with reporting submitted online through a PC/desktop and required photo documentation.

Contractors must drive to sites using a reliable vehicle and have access to Windows 10+ devices and a smartphone or camera for field data capture. Strong communication and basic computer skills are essential to succeed.

Qualifications

• Must own a reliable vehicle and be willing to drive to inspections.
• Must have Windows 10 or newer and a smartphone or digital camera.
• Ability to submit reports online with attachments through a PC/desktop.
• Good basic computer and communication skills.

Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys!

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections.This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

What is needed to perform Duties:

• Reliable Car so you can drive to your inspections
• Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
• smartphone or digital camera
• reliable home internet
• Basic Computer and Communication skills
