Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys!

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work. Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

Responsibilities

• Survey residential and commercial properties as assigned.
• Take photos of properties and record property details and overall condition.
• Prepare and submit reports in a timely manner with attachments.
• Submit survey reports online through the designated system.

Requirements

• Reliable car to drive to inspections.
• Microsoft Windows 10 or newer computer.
• Smartphone or digital camera and reliable home internet.
• Basic computer and communication skills.
