Davies Risk Services is seeking independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys in Delaware, OH. This is a flexible, independent contractor role suitable for full-time or part-time engagement.

You will visit properties, take photos, collect details and conditions, prepare reports, and submit them online (reports uploaded via PC/desktop with attachments). A reliable car, Windows 10+, a smartphone or camera, and home internet are required.

Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys !

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

Required Duties and Equipment

• Reliable Car so you can drive to your inspections
• Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer
• Smartphone or digital camera
• Reliable home internet
• Basic computer and communication skills
