Davies Risk Services seeks independent contractors to perform insurance property surveys in the Wilmington, Delaware area. You will drive to inspection sites, photograph properties, collect detailed information, and compile comprehensive reports. Reports are submitted online through a PC/Desktop with attachments, ensuring timeliness.

The role supports either full-time or part-time engagement with onboarding and support to help you succeed in field surveys.

Qualifications

• Must have a reliable car and ability to drive to inspections.
• Proficiency with Windows 10 or newer.
• Smartphone or digital camera for site photos.
• Reliable home internet access.
• Basic computer and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Conduct on-site insurance property surveys for residential and commercial properties.

Seeking Independent Contractors to Perform Insurance Property Surveys!

Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property Surveys. This is a great opportunity for full-time or part-time work.

Our contractors survey both residential and commercial properties. The survey includes taking photos of the property, obtaining property details and overall conditions, providing reports in a timely manner and submitting a report online. All Survey reports need to be submitted through the PC/Desktop to include attachments.

What is needed to perform Duties: Reliable Car so you can drive to your inspections, Microsoft computer operating Windows 10 or newer, smartphone or digital camera, reliable home internet, Basic Computer and Communication skills.
