Qualifications

• Active California Property and Casualty License.
• Experience in sales, customer service, and insurance.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Ability to build trust and maintain lasting client relationships.
• Comfort with lead follow-up, quoting, and closing sales.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn agency systems.
• Prior experience in a local agency environment preferred.
• Goal-oriented approach with steady attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Speak with prospects and clients to understand their insurance needs.
• Recommend coverage options that fit each customer’s situation.
• Prepare quotes, explain policy details, and help close sales.
• Follow up on leads in a timely and organized way.

• Work closely with the agency team to support sales goals and client satisfaction.
