Insurance Coverage and Defense Litigation Attorney | Fully Remote, California | $140,000 to $200,000

In one week you\'d read a cyber policy, a pollution exclusion and a construction defect file, and argue about what the words do. It\'s fully remote from anywhere in California, open from two years, on $140,000 to $200,000.

Most firms won\'t let a two year associate work from home. The theory is you learn this job by sitting near somebody better than you and overhearing things, which is half true and has justified an awful lot of sitting in traffic.

Bad faith, professional liability, personal and advertising injury and excess, for insurers here and abroad, in state and federal court, with more research and writing than most defense seats. Coverage experience helps and they don\'t insist on it, so a general civil defense litigator can get in. There\'s more than one bonus route on top.
