This role involves representing international and national insurers on corporate insurance matters, handling coverage investigations and disputes under various policies, including fidelity, directors and officers, employment, professional, property, excess, and general liability policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Provide coverage recommendations for clients.
• Draft pleadings, briefs, and client correspondence.
• Conduct legal research using Westlaw/Lexis/Nexis.
• Draft interrogatories and document demands.
• Review document collections for litigation preparation.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.

Requirements

• Admitted to the California Bar (CA Bar).
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Strong insurance coverage experience required.
• Commercial litigation experience required.
