Our client, a national Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an Insurance Litigation Associate Attorney with 1–4 years of experience to join its policyholder-side insurance practice in Atlanta.

This is an opportunity for an associate who enjoys complex litigation and wants to develop a distinct area of expertise. You’ll build a strong foundation in insurance coverage and recovery while representing corporate policyholders in sophisticated disputes involving commercial general liability and excess liability coverage.

Who Should Consider This Role?

Policyholder insurance recovery experience is preferred, but associates with strong carrier-side insurance coverage litigation experience who are interested in transitioning to policyholder representation are encouraged to apply.

This role is particularly well suited to someone who enjoys analyzing complex legal issues, developing persuasive arguments, and becoming deeply knowledgeable in a substantive area of law.
