Job summary

Marsh & McLennan Insurance Agency LLC is offering a 10-week full-time internship from mid-June through August. Interns work closely with client service and sales teams, rotating through groups to gain real-world experience in insurance and service delivery.

The program aims to prepare you for roles such as Client Service Trainee or Benefit Service Associate after graduation, with supervision and opportunities for advancement as openings arise.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate within 1–2 years of graduation, pursuing a Bachelor's degree with competitive academics.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and standard office equipment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
• Results oriented with ability to organize resources and priorities.
• Demonstrated problem solving and clear written/oral communication.
• Ability to work semi-autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional experience in sales or client service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through practice groups to learn clients and industry.
• Assist with processing work and participate in special projects as needed.
• Provide support to client service teams in daily activities.
• Attend training on insurance coverage and departmental processes.
