Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) offers a Summer 2027 Insurance Intern program designed to provide real-world experience in risk management and business insurance. Interns will engage with client information, participate in ad-hoc projects, and gain exposure across MMA’s account management and benefits analysis teams.

The program emphasizes professional development through webinars, lunch & learn sessions, and final presentations to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 minimum is preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• Senior year pursuing Bachelor's or Master's preferred.
• Majors in Risk and Insurance Management or Finance with interest in insurance advised.
• Strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.

Responsabilités

• Support real-world insurance and risk management projects.
• Engage in client interaction and account management activities.
• Attend webinars and networking events to build industry knowledge.
• Collaborate with multiple MMA teams under mentorship.
