Qualifications

• 3+ years in insurance (property & casualty, personal lines, or adjuster).
• Proficient with LMS platforms and virtual classroom tools (Zoom/Teams/Meet).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; adaptable to new methods.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent teaching skills and engage students through virtual classroom instruction.
• Serve as an industry expert and Kaplan brand ambassador for clients and students.
• Mentor and drive student success by tailoring teaching to learning styles.
• Deliver instruction based on pre-prepared lesson plans and syllabi.
• Communicate with product line management and operations on scheduling and curriculum updates.
