Compensation starts at $36 per hour. Requires 4+ years in the insurance services industry, with teaching or training experience preferred.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of insurance services industry experience.
• Teaching or training experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in at least two of the following areas: Life & Health Licensing, Property & Casualty Licensing, Insurance Continuing Education, Securities Qualification Exams - Registered Representative level, Securities Qualification Exams - Principal level.
• Post-secondary degree preferred, or equivalent professional designation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver instruction based on pre-prepared lesson plans and syllabi.
• Mentor and drive student success by tailoring teaching to individual learning styles.
• Engage students through in-person and virtual classroom instruction.
• Communicate with product line management and operations about scheduling, curriculum updates, and class assignments.
