Kaplan is seeking an Insurance Instructor for Prelicensing and Continuing Education in a hybrid, part-time capacity. You will teach in-person and virtual classes, engage students, and act as a Kaplan brand ambassador.

The role emphasizes adapting to diverse learning styles, delivering prepared curricula, and coordinating with curriculum teams. Remote-friendly with occasional onsite travel to locations in the USA.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years of insurance services industry experience.
• Previous teaching or training experience preferred, but not required.
• Proficient in at least two of the following: Life/Health Licensing, Property/Casualty Licensing, Insurance Continuing Education, Securities - Registered Representative level, Securities - Principal level.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrate excellent teaching skills in-person and virtual classroom settings.
• Serve as an industry expert and Kaplan brand ambassador.
• Mentor students and tailor teaching to individual learning styles.
• Deliver instruction based on lesson plans and syllabi.
• Coordinate with product line management and operations on scheduling and curriculum updates.
