Kelly Agency – Allstate is seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Representative to join our growing inside sales team in Pottstown, PA. This hybrid role offers a base with uncapped commissions and bonuses, and strong opportunities for advancement.

With a competitive starting base salary plus uncapped commissions, our agents typically earn $60,000 - $90,000+ in total compensation in their first year, with top performers earning six figures.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License.
• Minimum of 3 years of insurance sales experience.
• Strong track record of achieving sales goals and building customer relationships.
• Excellent communication and consultative selling skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to work across multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Identify coverage needs and strengthen relationships with customers.
• Cross-sell and bundle policies to deepen customer relationships.

• Educate customers on insurance products, coverage options, discounts, and policy features.
• Handle customer service requests, policy changes, payments, and claims assistance.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
