Qualifications

• Prior work experience is a plus, preferably in customer service or administrative roles.

Responsibilities

• Assist in learning management system administration and reporting.
• Create and develop materials to support training initiatives.
• Support summer development programs and facilitation guides.
• Coordinate and participate in off-site events and internal programs.
