Job summary

The incumbent will analyze forms and collaborate with insurers to bring forms into compliance, ensuring consumer protection and adherence to state law. This on-site position is based in Helena.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a related field and two years of progressively responsible experience.
• Alternate combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Experience in or knowledge of the insurance industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review insurance contracts, policy forms, endorsements, riders, and related documents for compliance with Montana law.
• Interpret Montana statutes and administrative rules to provide clear feedback to insurers.
