Overview

The Insurance Authorization Representative will report to the Pre-Authorization Manager and will be responsible for working a set number of claims each day. Claim type may vary from verification to pre-authorization. Below are some key functions and skills for this opportunity:

• Meet daily production requirements.
• Ensure accounts are updated and noted as they are worked.
• Provide excellent customer service with professionalism and empathy.
• Updates and maintains patient information in databases.
• Tracks information and complete reports when required.
