Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred and track record of meeting goals.
• Interest in marketing products based on customer needs.
• Willing to obtain Property and Casualty and Life/Health licenses.

Responsibilities

• Establish customer relationships and follow up.
• Use a needs-based review to educate customers about insurance options.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products.
