Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with customers and prospects to connect needs with insurance and financial solutions
• Conduct needs-based conversations and ask insightful questions
• Review existing coverage and propose gaps and improvements
• Prepare Auto/Home and other Property & Casualty quotes
• Proactively reach out to customers with outbound calls and follow-ups
• Maintain an organized pipeline and meet agency goals
