Job summary

Paula Weissinger - State Farm Agent is seeking a dedicated team member to join a customer-focused agency. You will develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate insurance products to help meet sales and retention goals.

Responsibilities include educating customers about options, supporting licensing and training, and working with the agent to achieve growth. English and/or Spanish skills are preferred, with a focus on accurate, timely service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain an insurance producers license.
• English and/or Spanish speaking preferred.
• Sales experience preferred, but not required.
• Comfortable working with monthly sales goals and annual quotas.
• Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
• People-oriented and self-motivated.
• Ability to present products based on customer needs.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.
• Ability to conduct interviews in-office, by phone, or over email.
• Ability to assess customer needs and conduct effective policy reviews.
• Able to relate to customers and market appropriate products.

Responsibilities
