Job summary

Sheila Sanchez – State Farm Agent is seeking an energetic Agent Team Member to help educate customers about auto, home, and life insurance, and to build community relationships. You will work with the agent to meet marketing goals, develop leads, schedule appointments, and promote State Farm products through a needs-based approach.

You will operate in a State Farm agent’s office as an independent contractor, with base plus commission and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Enthusiastic about the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life
• Self-motivated
• Detail oriented
• Proactive in problem-solving
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers
• Property and Casualty license (must have or be able to obtain)
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
