Job summary

Rigo Castillo-Sanchez State Farm Agency in the United States is seeking an Agent Team Member to build customer relationships and promote auto, home, and life insurance products. You will gain first-hand experience in an agent's office while exploring the opportunity to become a State Farm agent.

Responsibilities include customer service, educating clients on insurance options, and helping meet marketing goals. Licensing in Property & Casualty is required; Life/Health license can be obtained.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Self-motivated and able to present to potential customers
• License requirements include Property & Casualty (current) and Life/Health (obtainable)

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries about insurance availability and billing.
• Educate customers using a needs-based review process about insurance options.
• Assist agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products.
