Job summary

Rigo Castillo-Sanchez State Farm Agency is seeking an Insurance Account Representative to join their team. You will engage customers, educate them on insurance options, and help grow the agency with marketing and lead development.

The role rewards a motivated self-starter with opportunity for advancement, with compensation including an hourly base plus commission/bonus and benefits like paid time off. Current P&C license is required and Life/Health license can be obtained.

Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred and background in outside or inside sales is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple formats (written, verbal, listening).
• Experience in marketing and meeting sales goals/quotas.
• Current Property and Casualty license required; Life and Health license obtainable.
• Ability to present to potential customers and educate them on insurance options.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including insurance inquiries, coverages, policy changes, and billing questions.
• Use needs-based conversations to educate customers about insurance options and products.
• Assist in establishing and meeting marketing goals with the agent.
• Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify needs, and market suitable products and services.
