Qualifications

• Must possess strong interpersonal and communications skills.

Responsibilities

• The Insurance Specialist is responsible for resolving registration related payer denials which are housed in Epic account workqueues.
• On a daily basis, the insurance specialist will utilize payer guidelines to correct the account and appeal the denial.
