Competenze

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in Florida.
• 2-5 years of insurance defense experience required.

Mansioni

• Independently manages general liability cases with minimal oversight by the managing partner.
• Comfortable in depositions, hearings, and communicating with clients or opposing counsel.
• Trial experience is a plus but not required.
• Performs depositions and drafts dispositive motions and related hearings.
• Conducts site inspections and attends in-person depositions as needed.
• Prepares litigation strategy, evaluates exposure, and advises clients with a trial-ready approach.
