Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. is seeking a full-time Paralegal for its Henderson, NV office. The role supports attorneys in insurance defense work, handling document review, correspondence, filings, and discovery with a collaborative team approach.

Qualified candidates bring 4+ years paralegal experience, familiarity with Nevada court filings, and strong MS Office skills. Nevada RPL designation is a plus; the firm offers competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of paralegal experience supporting attorneys in insurance defense.
• Nevada Registered Paralegal designation is a plus.
• Experience with discovery, trial support, and E-Filing in state/federal courts.
• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and analyzes documentary evidence, contracts, medical records and deposits.
• Drafts correspondence, filings, motions, and other documents under attorney direction.
• Manages subpoenas and information requests tracking and disposition.
• Maintains organized files and communication with clients, witnesses and experts.
• Monitors case files, escalates issues, and handles sensitive materials appropriately.
• Maintains trial and discovery deadlines calendars and coordinates settings.
