Qualifications

• 3+ years of paralegal experience assisting in insurance defense litigation.
• Experience handling subpoenas and responding to discovery.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Organizes and analyzes documentary evidence.
• Drafts and prepares legal documents under attorney direction.
• Conducts research on legal issues and investigations.
• Communicates with clients, witnesses, and experts.
• Monitors files and escalates issues to attorneys.
