Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of insurance defense paralegal experience.
• Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency with NYSCEF, e-filing, and litigation support systems.

Responsibilities

• Draft and respond to discovery demands.
• Prepare, assemble, and file motions.

• Monitor deadlines and ensure adherence to state and federal requirements.
