CyberCoders is seeking an Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney to join our Orlando office. The role requires at least 2 years of litigation experience and a JD from an accredited law school with active Florida Bar membership. You will handle complex civil defense matters in state and federal courts.

This position offers a competitive salary ($110,000 - $150,000 base) plus bonuses and a collaborative environment supported by experienced trial lawyers and strong mentorship.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in the Florida Bar.
• Minimum 2 years of litigation experience.
• Experience in insurance defense and/or civil defense litigation.
• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Deposition and courtroom experience preferred.
• Ability to independently manage files while collaborating within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage litigation files from intake through trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy analyses.
• Attend hearings, mediations, and court appearances.
• Communicate directly with clients, carriers, experts, and opposing counsel.
• Assist with trial preparation and courtroom advocacy.
