Ideal candidates hold a JD, State Bar admission, and at least 3 years of insurance defense experience, including product and premises liability. On-site in Orlando with competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Insurance Defense Attorney.
• Experience in product liability, premises liability, depositions, and general liability.
• Exceptional negotiation skills and ability to resolve complex issues.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in a wide range of insurance defense claims.
• Provide expert legal advice on product liability, premises liability, depositions, and general liability.
• Conduct thorough investigations, legal research, and discovery.
• Prepare and present cases in court, arbitration, and administrative hearings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and appellate documents.
