We Are Legal Revolution seeks a Litigation Associate to join our Seattle or Portland team. The role offers real case ownership across insurance defense and coverage with opportunities to grow into broader civil litigation.

Candidates with 3+ years of experience and a strong defense background will thrive in a collaborative national platform. Base salary up to $200,000 plus monthly and annual bonuses; flexible onsite, hybrid, or remote work arrangements are available to suit candidate needs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Background in insurance defense or coverage
• Willingness to handle broad civil litigation matters

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload with partner support
• Develop case strategy from initial assessment through resolution
• Draft and argue substantive motions
• Handle written discovery and depositions
• Work directly with clients and carriers
• Attend hearings, mediations and arbitrations
• Prepare matters for trial
• Gain meaningful courtroom and trial exposure
