You will handle depositions, motions, and courtroom appearances, representing insurers and corporate clients in general liability and related defense matters while collaborating on strategy and planning with clients.

Qualifications

• 3-7 years of civil litigation experience, insurance defense strongly preferred.
• Courtroom and deposition experience.
• Strong writing and case management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of litigation for insurance defense matters, from filing through trial.
• Handle depositions, motion practice, and courtroom appearances.
• Represent insurer and corporate clients in general liability, casualty, and related defense matters.
• Work directly with clients on case strategy and litigation planning.
