Responsibilities

• Case Management & Client Support: Manage litigation cases from intake through resolution; Draft case plans, timelines, and client status reports; Maintain client communication and gather case-related information
• Legal Research & Analysis: Conduct factual and legal research; Prepare reports, chronologies, and memoranda
• Drafting & Document Preparation: Draft complaints, motions, discovery responses, affidavits, subpoenas, and trial materials; Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines
• Discovery & Trial Support: Coordinate discovery and organize exhibits; Summarize depositions and assist with trial logistics; Review and summarize medical, employment, and workers’ compensation records
• Expert Coordination: Communicate with expert witnesses and IME doctors; Prepare documentation for expert review and testimony
• Court Filings & Docketing: File documents with state and federal courts using e-filing systems; Maintain docketing of deadlines and court appearances
• Technology & Billing: Use document management systems, litigation support software, and Office 365; Track billable time and assist with pre-bill reviews
• Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and staff to support legal strategy and client service
