Qualifications

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience.
• Experience supporting civil litigation matters.
• Insurance defense experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of discovery and file management.
• Ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication; highly organized.
• Independent work with collaboration with attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Support attorneys throughout the litigation lifecycle.
• Prepare and organize discovery.
• Manage active litigation files and maintain case records.
• Assist with case preparation and document organization.
• Coordinate litigation-related deadlines and filings.
• Review and organize case materials.
• Communicate with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and other parties as needed.
