Qualifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Texas.
• 3+ years of practical litigation experience required.
• Prior insurance defense experience and/or jury trial experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of litigation including discovery and trials.
• Assist with management of a high-volume caseload.
• Travel within the state is required.
