Roberts Markel Weinberg Butler Hailey PC in Texas is seeking an Associate with 3+ years of practical litigation experience to join our The Star office. The associate will support all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials.

Travel within the state is required; prior insurance defense and/or jury trial experience is a plus. The firm values organization, teamwork, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor required and Texas license to practice law.
• Travel within the state is required on occasion.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Excellent analytical and writing skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Support all aspects of litigation, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trials.
