Job summary

BCG Attorney Search seeks an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our Riverside, CA office handling Personal Injury Litigation, including auto accidents and premises liability.

You will independently manage a diverse caseload, develop case strategies, draft motions, depose witnesses, and collaborate with clients, carriers, and experts.

Candidates must have 4+ years in insurance defense and active CA Bar status; strong writing, research, and advocacy skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of insurance defense experience.
• Active California State Bar membership in good standing.
• Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to independently manage an active caseload and prioritize deadlines.
