The role requires a CA Bar in good standing, excellent legal research and writing, and strong oral advocacy. A hybrid work arrangement is available in this busy personal injury practice.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Minimum 4 years of insurance defense experience.
• Active California State Bar member in good standing.
• Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills.
• Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage an active litigation caseload.
