Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation and insurance defense from inception to resolution.
• Defend insurers and insured clients in complex matters from inception through trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
• Conduct legal research, take and defend depositions, and assist with trial prep.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel.
