We are seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney for our Arizona office. The ideal candidate will have experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, or bad faith litigation experience and be proficient in handling civil cases through trial.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft motions, conduct depositions, oral arguments, and hearings
Negotiate settlements and manage client reporting
Independently handle appearances and assignments with minimal supervision
Qualifications:
Must be licensed to practice law in Arizona (additional state licensure is a plus)
7+ years of experience in Insurance Defense (Preferred)
Experience in bodily injury defense, construction defect, or bad faith litigation (Required)
