You will evaluate claims, draft pleadings and motions, take depositions, participate in mediations, and report case status to carriers and clients, with a hybrid work schedule and full benefits offered.

Qualificações

• J.D. and active Virginia bar license.
• 2+ years of litigation experience, ideally in insurance defense or civil litigation.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a full caseload on your own.

A well-established regional law firm is adding an insurance defense attorney to its Norfolk office. You'll handle a caseload of defense matters for insurance carriers and their insureds, taking each file from assignment through resolution.

What You'll Do
