Qualifications

• Admission to the New York Bar.
• 3–7 years of experience in insurance defense litigation.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Experience with depositions and court appearances preferred.
• Ability to handle cases independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery demands/responses, and legal memoranda.
• Conduct and defend depositions.
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, and mediations.
• Provide timely updates to clients and insurance carriers.
• Collaborate with partners on case strategy and trial preparation.
