Qualifications

• JD and admission to the New York Bar.
• 3+ years' experience handling general and/or professional liability defense litigation.
• For Trial Attorney candidates, insurance defense trial experience is required.
• Strong commitment to client service, responsiveness, and preparation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in contributing to the firm's growth.
• Desire to build a long-term career in a collaborative, high-performing environment.

What you’ll do:

You’ll handle a diverse portfolio of general and professional liability matters, working with sophisticated clients on cases ranging from routine claims to complex, high-exposure litigation and trials including:

• Premises Liability
• Product Liability
• Professional Liability (Attorneys, Agents, Brokers, Architects & Engineers)
• Construction Accidents & Defects
• Transportation & Trucking
• Medical Malpractice
• Catastrophic Injury Defense
• Subrogation

Qualifications:

• JD and admission to the New York Bar
