This role targets attorneys with 5+ years handling New Jersey automobile liability matters, managing active caseloads, and collaborating with seasoned trial attorneys on complex matters.

Qualifications

• Requires 5+ years of insurance defense experience.
• Background handling New Jersey automobile liability matters.
• Demonstrated ability to manage an active litigation caseload with experienced trial attorneys.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception through resolution
• Handle New Jersey automobile liability litigation
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and dispositive motions
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Appear in court for hearings, conferences, mediations, and arbitrations
• Develop litigation strategy alongside experienced trial attorneys
• Prepare cases for trial and assist with trial proceedings
• Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance carriers, opposing counsel, and experts
